Day 01 Tashkent
Arrival in Tashkent. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation. Ceremonial dinner with folklore show.

Day 02 Tashkent
Breakfast. City tour: Abul Kasim Medreseh (XIX c), Old city with Hast Imam Complex: Medreseh Barakkhan (XVI c.), Friday Mosque Tello Shayh (XIX c.), Mausoleum Kaffal Shashi (XVI c.), Old bazaar ”Chorsu”, Medreseh Kukaldash (XVI c.). Flight from Tashkent to Urgench. Accommodation in Hotel.

Day 03 Khiva
Drive to Khiva (35 km). Excursion to Ichan Kala (old city): Ata –Darvaza (West Gate, XVII–XVIII c.), Kalta Minar (XIX c.), Medreseh Mohammad Amin (XIX c.), Kunya Ark (XVII-XIX c.), Pahlavan Mahmud Mausoleum (XVIII–XIX c), Medreseh Khodja Islam with Minaret, Tash Hauli Palace (old harem-stony palace, XIX c.), Caravanserai (XIX c.), Juma mosque (XI-XII c.) with 200 wooden pillars. Return to Urgench.

Day 04 Urgench-Bukhara
Sightseeing day drive to Bukhara (450 km). Picnic in Uzbek Chaykhana (tea –house) in Kizilkum desert. Accommodation in the hotel, located in the heart of old Bukhara. Dinner.

Day 05 Bukhara
Sightseeing tour: Labi Khaus Complex: Nadir Divan Begi Medreseh, Kukaldash Medreseh, Khanaka Nadir Divan Begi (XVI-XVII c.), Magoki Attari Mosque (XII-XVI c.), Trade domes/markets (XVI c.), Tandur / old bakery of Bukhara for making the bread, Poi–Kalon Complex-Minaret Kalon (XII c.), Mosque Kalon, Miri Arab Medreseh (XVI c.), Fortress-Ark (I c.), Ismail Samani (IX c.) and Chashma- Ayub (XII-XVI c.) Mausoleums. Meeting with students of Bukhara State University Faculty of Foreign Languages.

Day 06 Bukhara
Sightseeing tour: Summer Residence of Last Bukhara Emir “Sitorai Mohi-Khossa (XX c.), Sufi center in Central Asia-Memorial Complex Bagauddin Nakshbandi (XVI c.). Dinner with folk-show in Medreseh Nodir Divan Begi.

Day 07 Bukhara -Navoi-Aidarkul Lake.
Drive to Aidarkul. Short stop in Karmana town to see the mausoleum of Mir Said Bahrom (IX c.), Mosque –Khanaka Kosim Sheikh (XVc.). Drive to Sarmysh gorge to see Paleolithic era petroglyphs. Arrive at Aidarkul Lake. campfire dinner (fish, shashlik). Overnight in yurt.

Day 08 Bukhara-Samarkand
Morning lake activities (swimming, hiking). Lunch. Afternoon drive to Samarkand (300 km). Accommodation in Hotel. Evening with music students of Samarkand University.

Day 09 Samarkand
Samarkand sightseeing tour: Ulugbek’s Observatory (XV c.), Afrosiyob Ruins and Museum (VI-XIII c.), Registan Square: Ulugbek , Sherdor and Tilla Kori Medreseh (XV-XVII c.), Mausoleum of Guri Emir (XV c.) and Bibi Khanum Mosque (XV c.), Shahi Zinda Ensemble (IX-XIX c.) with more than 20 mausoleums, Medreseh Hodja Ahrar (XV c.). Visit the local bazaar.

Day 10 Samarkand-Shakhrisabz-Samarkand
Drive to Shahrisabz (150 km.). Excursion to Shahrisabz: Ruins in Summer Residence of Great Temur “Ak-Saroy” (XV c.), the Mosque Khazrati Imom and Kok Gumbaz (XV c.) and Darut-Saadat (XV c.). Return to Samarkand.

Day 11 Samarkand – Tashkent
Drive to Tashkent Airport. Departure.
